Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and WWWebTek, the company that builds and operates Due Radar (“Due Radar,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account or using dueradar.com, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.

What Due Radar is

Due Radar connects to school portals and calendars you give it access to — Veracross, Blackbaud, Canvas, Google Classroom, or any iCal/webcal feed, whether that’s a school connection, a household chores calendar, or an activities schedule — and delivers what it finds as a dashboard, emails, and text nudges. We check connected calendars periodically, not in real time, and only read from them; we never post or write anything back to a school’s system. Due Radar is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for any school, school platform, or other calendar provider.

Accounts and eligibility

You must be an adult parent or legal guardian to create a Due Radar account for your household. The information you give us about yourself and your children should be accurate, and you’re responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity that happens under your account.

A parent can give a child of their own their own Due Radar sign-in starting at age 13, using the child’s own email address; children under 13 are never given a login of their own — see our Privacy Policy for how their information is handled instead.

Subscriptions, trials, and billing

Paid plans are billed per child, with a 5-day free trial — a card is required at signup, and you’re charged automatically on day 6 unless you cancel first. Annual plans line up with the school year and renew automatically each August; we’ll email you in advance of any renewal charge. Current pricing is posted on the homepage and may change with notice before it applies to you. Payments are processed by our payment processor (Stripe, once billing is live); we don’t see or store your full card number.

Billing pauses automatically over the summer and ends at graduation for school-year connections; other calendars (chores, activities, and the like) run continuously and bill on the plan you chose.

Cancelling and deleting your account

You can cancel any time from your profile page. Cancelling deactivates your account and stops future billing, but keeps your data intact for 60 days in case you change your mind — after that, everything is automatically and permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. If you’d rather not wait, “Permanently delete now” removes everything immediately and irreversibly. We don’t provide refunds for the unused part of a billing period except where required by law.

Acceptable use

You agree to use Due Radar only for your own household, and only to connect calendars, portals, and accounts you’re actually authorized to access. You won’t try to access another household’s data, interfere with the service, or use it in a way that violates a school’s or platform’s own terms of use.

Accuracy of assignment and calendar data

Due Radar reports what a connected school portal or calendar shows us, on the schedule we check it — it is not a substitute for checking the official portal or teacher directly, especially for anything time-sensitive. Portals occasionally go down, change without notice, or omit details, and we can’t guarantee that everything they contain reaches you exactly when it changes. Please treat Due Radar as a helpful heads-up, not the final word.

Your content, our software

You own the information you and your household provide. You give us the license we need to store, process, and deliver it back to you as part of the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. Due Radar — the software, design, and branding — belongs to WWWebTek, and using the service doesn’t give you any ownership of it.

Third-party services

Signing up or signing in with Facebook, and any payments processed through Stripe, are also governed by those companies’ own terms — we don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their availability or policies.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate an account for violating these Terms, for non-payment, or to protect the service or other users, and we’ll try to give notice when we reasonably can. You can cancel or delete your own account at any time, as described above.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Due Radar is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, and we don’t guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will catch every assignment, test, or event a connected portal contains. To the fullest extent the law allows, WWWebTek isn’t liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including a missed assignment or deadline, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Changes to these Terms

If we make a material change to these Terms, we’ll post the update here and, for significant changes, email account holders before it takes effect. Continuing to use Due Radar after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [STATE], without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
